Hello everybody.  

 

I would like to welcome everyone to annual observance of Shri Krishna Janmashtmi. 

 

Lord Shri Krishna, revered as the Supreme Personality of Gods by Hindus, appeared five thousand years ago and spoke Bhagvad-Gita, which is treated as the best treatise on spirituality by religious clergies and philosophers all around the world. 

 

Shri Krishna Janmashtami is a world-wide festival, celebrated to observe Sri Krishna and to promote peace, love, and joy among communities, nations, and people.

 

I would also like to commend Lion leaders and my fellow lions of Zone 7 and all the four participating clubs of Zone 7 for initiating the service projects during this month and the plan for forthcoming October Service week. 

 

Once again,welcome and best wishes for a successful celebration!

I feel immense proud to say that I am a Lion because you see the joy in people’s hearts and they say thank you, and the smile of a child.  It’s all those things that make you realize you’ve done something for your community.

Being a senior Lion Member, service is always at heart and giving back to the community is a great pleasure.  I am able to contribute both financially as well as voluntary services in making the club's service projects more successful.

Trying to work out of my office commitments had always been a challenge. With Lions Club, I developed a new sense of achievement and felt proud in providing my time and efforts towards aiding the needy.  Thanks to Lions Club - a wonderful aggregation of talent!!
